I was recommended here by my dentist, and I am so thankful! I had a consultation and then we scheduled my oral surgery. The team was amazing, everyone was kind, funny, and so accommodating. I have a horrible fear of needles, and my surgery required an IV. They went ABOVE and BEYOND, to make sure I was not nervous, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with having an IV put in and just overall patient care. My surgery took 30 minutes and I don’t remember a thing. Everything was clearly explained and easy to understand, they listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Truly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because I’ve never had such an amazing experience. This team clearly cares about their patients and I can’t thank them enough!

I was referred here by a dentist out of state *and* was unfamiliar with my new dental coverage and the kind lady (sorry I don't remember her name) at the front desk told me not to worry about it and got all the details for me. Spoke with Dr. Robinson during my consultation and you could tell he enjoys what he does for a living. Maintained eye contact and explained all the different options for my surgery. I was lucky to get a follow up appointment just a couple weeks later and albeit I was put under anesthetic, I remember being treated with care and given the right prescriptions. Suffice to say my healing has gone without a hitch and haven't needed another appointment. If you're looking for a place to go to be treated well, keep in mind that I'm one of many rating this place 5 stars.

But compare to my first wisdom teeth removal in other place, the first place was way better in customer service, pricing, delivering accurate information and aftercare. Dr. Robinson is amazing. Not only is he a fantastic oral surgeon, he treats his patients with kindness and respect. He has now taken out my wisdom teeth and two problematic teeth. He has worked on both of my daughter also. On this last visit, he took out a bad root that was from a broken tooth that was attached to a bridge I’ve had 40+ years. By doing this he saved the bridge, which in turn saved me thousands of dollars in potential implants. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson to everyone I know.

I had general anesthesia and it was quick and painless as he said it would. I’m also a very hard stick and always end up bruised from not being able to get blood or stick an IV and he did not bruise me at all and was very gentle. One of the very best.

Had gone in after a consultation to have 2 wisdom teeth upper and lower left and 2 back left and back right molars removed. Since all were erupted I was able to choose novocaine instead of other options. Dr Sam Robinson was nothing short of wonderful and caring. The whole process in the chair was done painlessly from start to finish in ONE HOUR!!! I was HAPPILY STUNNED at the results and impressed with the professionalism of everyone working at the office. Not an experience you ever want to go thru but if you need an Oral Surgeon I can certainly suggest you go to Dr Sam Robinson. My only regret is that he is a specialist not a Dentist as well or he would be mine!!!

Dr. Robinson did an outstanding job with my oral surgery and is super friendly. He personally called days after my surgery to check on my recovery. 5⭐s for that! 😃However, I was NOT warned that the lab they use for tissue examination is NOT in-network. I was NOT asked whether or not I would be okay with the possibility that the lab they use would not be in-network (which I am absolutely not!) and now I am upset that I got an invoice from that lab showing that I owe a lot of money to that lab because they do not accept insurance. 😡😢 So, be warned. Dr. Robinson is super awesome with care and treatment, but if you need in-network oral surgery that requires a specimen to sent to the lab they use, ask about the office about the lab they will use and then ask your insurance how they will process claims from that lab.

The Surgeon, Dr. Samuel, who operated on me and his team did a perfect job when removing my 2 impacted wisdom teeth and top 2 regular wisdom teeth, I was put under laughing gas and was awake and aware through the whole process the only "painful" part I encountered was being numbed, but I can assure you that it went by quickly and it was more of a pinching feeling than actual pain, the whole process went by smoothly the surgeon and his team did a perfect job operating on me, if you are able to come here to be treated you should most definitely come here, they will take care of you.

Dr. Samuel (Sam) W. Robinson earned my respect. Praise is appropriate for Dr. Robinson and his staff because their actions confirm this is an outstanding oral surgery clinic. Dr. Robinson’s surgery skills are exemplary. His entire staff is patient-centered. Each staff member is attentive with a genuine attitude of “Care.” I had an unfortunate tooth experience late on a Thursday afternoon. My dentist called ten oral surgeons on my behalf. All were booked for the remainder of that day. Dr. Robinson said he could “work me in” if I would be in his office at 10:00 on the following morning. My dentist sent me home with prescriptions for an antibiotic and a pain killer. Friday morning was busy at Dr. Robinson’s office with a steady stream of scheduled patients. Proper Covid protocols were observed. As promised, Dr. Robinson did work me in. His understanding and empathy was notable. He described his suggested procedure, and with my permission, he began to work. Amazingly, I never felt any pain – none. Even when he inserted multiple needles to numb the damaged area there was no pain. During the procedure, which lasted 30 – 35 minutes, he was focused, talked to me about what he was doing, and made me feel comfortable because he was relaxed and competent. During the post-op procedure, he reviewed my prescription pain killer and antibiotics. He advised to continue the prescription regimens and suggested taking medicine to stay ahead of any pain. Dr. Robinson’s surgical assistant and the entire office staff were efficient, cheerful, and caring. It was obvious each person enjoyed working with Dr. Robinson. The attitudes of caring and competency among all staff members were so positive they were notable. But perhaps most noteworthy was my cell phone rang at 10:00 p.m. on that Friday night. It was Dr. Robinson, who said, “I was thinking about you and wondered ‘How’s it going?’” I told him he had already earned five gold stars. Nobody earns six gold stars, but he just set a record. He was sincere in his care, apologized for calling at a late hour, and noted he was calling on his personal cell phone. If I needed him, I should not hesitate to call him at that number. In these times, how many doctors call to follow-up and provide a personal cell phone number? You may not get a follow-up phone call at 10:00, but you now know the culture of professionalism and caring practiced by Dr. Robinson and his staff. You can feel good about your choice to select Dr. Robinson as your oral surgeon.

If it’s possible to have a pleasant experience when it comes to a tooth extraction, I had it! I had some anxiety heading in to my appointment, but Dr Robinson and his team quickly put me at ease. Recovery from the removal of my impacted wisdom teeth was so easy, which I completely attribute to the skill of the surgical team. Dr. Robinson seemed like perfectly nice, capable oral surgeon. Although I did not catch the assistant's name she was pleasant and efficient. However, I went to this office as a second opinion and the final consult with the office manger is why I will not be going here. I was an office manager for a dental practice for 2 years and currently work in hospital administration. She began the conversation by telling me her qualms with my dental insurance, which is a small company but works like any other PPO insurance plan. I had to ask that she submit a predetermination for services (since it seemed as if they weren't able to fully verify my benefits) and she agreed that was a good plan. She was to call me the next day (which was on Friday) and I still haven't received a call. I think it's everyone in the office's job to make a patient feel secure, comfortable and calm and I didn't receive that level of care at this office.

Absolutely amazing, helpful, and informative staff. They respond quickly and are honest and transparent with their patients. Definitely willing to work with your specific situation. I went in for my appointment to remove 4 impacted wisdom teeth this morning at 9:15 AM and was out around 11:30 AM. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and listened to my concerns. Afterwards, I felt fine but a little swollen. I'm writing this a few hours post-op and feeling really good! Haven't needed to take any of the prescribed pain medication. It's kind of crazy but I honestly felt that I could've gone back to work if I really needed to. The surgeon personally gave me a call to follow up and see how I was doing which was greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for wisdom teeth removal.

My son had just arrived back in Dallace for college. Less than 24 hours after arriving back in Dallas, he suffered a complication from the removal of his wisdom teeth that had been extracted two weeks prior to his leaving Tennessee. I was debating on sending him to an emergency room but a friend in Dallas recommended Richardson Oral Surgery. I called at 12:30 p.m. On a Thursday. The incredibly helpful receptionist understood our plight and asked if he could get to their office by 2:00 p.m. I said today and she said yes! He was able to make it to the office where Dr. Richardson had to open his gum back up and clean out a bad infection. He cleaned it out, sutured him up, packed him in gauze and took such great care of him. I flew out to Dallas on Friday and went back to a post op visit with him. The team stayed later than they normally do on Friday so that I could fly in and go to the apt with my son. I was SOOOO impressed how they embraced my son and took such great care of him even though he was not really their patient. I was so impressed with Dr. Richardson, his nurse, the office staff and the ease of getting to their offices. My son has recovered from this setback thanks to Dr. Richardson and team and I am so thankful for such caring and competent professionals who went out of their way to take care of my son.

Highly recommend Dr. Miro A. Pavelka. It's been a very long time since I have witnessed such loving and compassionate care from the surgeon himself. Dr. Pavelka answered all my questions, gave all the aftercare and instructions to us and then made sure our son was put in our car by himself!!! I don't think they make this type of surgeon anymore! This office is very comfortable to visit. Natalie greeted us promptly to get our visit under way. Our Assistant Casey and Stephanie along with Dr. Robinson were so polite, his bedside manner was awesome especially with a frightened teenager that wanted to back out of her procedure. He was very thorough with the procedure that my daughter had done. The extractions were done super fast and Caity recovered very Quickly. Natalie even walked us out to the car to make sure that we made it safely. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this office for any of your oral surgery needs.

I came in complaining of searing pain and massive swelling on the left side of my face 6 weeks after having my wisdom teeth removed by my dads colleague. I went to the dentist a few weeks earlier thinking I had an infection because the pain and swelling began, but I was told that it would go down in a week. The pain and swelling only got worse no matter how much Tylenol, Advil or narcotics that I took. I couldn't take it anymore and I knew something was seriously wrong, so I went to Dr. Robinson for help. I was told that there was an infection and that I needed surgery as soon as possible. The next day I had surgery and several bone fragments were removed, along with the fluid build up in my jaw. I had the diseased part of my jaw shaved off, and it was confirmed that I had garre osteomyelitis; bone growing on top of bone. If it weren't for Dr. Robinson and his team I could've had serious issues down the road. I was so lucky to have found this practice because every single one of them cares as if it were themselves going through the pain. Dr. Robinson truly cares about his patients and is super on top of everything!

I had a great experience at Richardson Oral Surgery. I needed to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and I was really nervous. Dr. Robinson was very knowledgable and was able to explain step by step how the procedure was going to work. He was able to answer all of my questions which helped ease my nerves. My husband came with me the day of the procedure. Dr. Robinson made it a point to introduce himself and explain to him how everything was going to work, and also answered all of his questions. Dr. Robinson is a very personable guy. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful. They help you to feel comfortable and they don't make paperwork and payment a hassle. I had a very quick recovery without any pain. They not only scheduled me for a follow up the same week, but Dr. Robinson also called to check and make sure everything was healing ok and that I wasn't feeling any pain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Excellent staff. I had to get 3 teeth pulled and some roots from a top left molar that another dentist really messed up removed. Mr. Robinson was my doctor and I really can't recommend him enough. Not only was he nice, he was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future! 🙂

Very professional caring group of people! My experience was amazing. I had bottom wisdom teeth pulled 15 years ago. I had such a bad experience never even went back for the post check up. This time went in to get top wisdom teeth pulled. Was really nervous going in. Doctor did such a good job didn't even need pain meds and was feeling terrific the next day.
